Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule travel by booking flights and accommodations

• Liaise with touring crew for itinerary alignment

• Provide general assistance for artist activities

• Track team projects and maintain tools like Notion

• Organize office supplies and assist with admin tasks

Requirements:

• At least 18 years old

• Currently enrolled in college or university

• Strong attention to detail and adaptability

• Proficient in organizational tools like Google Drive

• Excellent communication skills
