We are seeking a high‑impact Project Manager to lead critical telecom/IT projects from initiation to completion. This role requires more than just scheduling; we need a leader with "grit" and a relentless drive for success. Reporting to the Director of Business Operations, you will manage complex, cross‑functional projects, ensuring they hit financial targets and operational milestones in a fast‑paced environment.

• Own the full lifecycle of telecom projects, defining scope, securing resources, and developing aggressive yet achievable schedules.
• Provide direct leadership and direction to diverse project teams, including vendors and subcontractors.
• Ensure financial performance aligns strictly with business plan targets; responsible for financial forecasting and cost management.
• Manage and analyze large datasets within Excel to track workload status and project progress.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, external clients, and regulatory stakeholders to ensure alignment and resolve bottlenecks.
• Proactively identify project‑related risks or legal issues, implementing creative solutions to ensure minimal impact on outcomes.
• Ensure all regional activities align with corporate strategic plans, policies, and procedures.

• 5+ years of Project Management/Coordination experience specifically within the Telecom sector.
• A degree in Engineering, Construction Project Management, or equivalent technical training.
• PMP Certificate or formal education in Project Management.
• Expert‑level Excel skills (managing, pivot‑tabling, and auditing large complex data).
• Proven experience managing projects within Service Now.
