The successful candidate will spearhead the acquisition process, utilizing extensive experience in corporate development, private equity, or investment banking. You'll collaborate with the CEO in executing the M&A strategy, ensuring success from strategy formation to deal closure. Your insights and relationship-building skills will be pivotal in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement acquisition market strategies

• Establish relationships with founders and industry partners

• Guide the development of deals and negotiation processes

• Supervise the M&A function's development and growth

• Ensure smooth transitions for newly acquired companies
Requirements:

• 8–10 years in M&A or corporate development

• Proven ability in generating and closing acquisitions

• Strong presentation and negotiation skills

• Comfortable working independently in dynamic settings
