Key Responsibilities:
• Review proposed changes and variances for compliance
• Conduct impact analysis for affected projects and customers
• Facilitate meetings and maintain detailed agendas and minutes
• Develop and schedule change implementation plans for ECRs
• Audit change packages for accuracy and traceability
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree with 4 years of experience
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Knowledge of PLM or ERP applications
• Ability to manage project schedules independently
• Self-starter with cross-functional teamwork experience
