Drive quota management and strategic planning as a Manager in our Quota and Capacity Planning team. This role focuses on aligning sales strategies with quota allocations in a changing environment.
You will be responsible for supporting our regional Sales team through effective quota maintenance. Collaborating with cross-functional teams and Sales Leaders, you will transform complex operational information into actionable insights. A strong background in analytical thinking and driving effective presentations is essential in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee quota allocations for Specialist teams
• Lead preparation for planning reviews with executives
• Craft data reporting models for sales insights
• Consult on GTM impacts to quota structures
• Identify optimization methods within planning processes
Requirements:
• 6+ years experience in Sales Strategy or Operations
• Proven program management experience
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
• Expertise in Excel and other presentation mediums
