Reporting to the Manager of Cabin Standards and Processes, this role emphasizes ensuring commercial standards through comprehensive inspections and coaching. You will analyze inspection findings, review grooming audits, and communicate effectively with station Leads to enhance operational performance and employee support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze inspection findings and provide actionable feedback
• Review grooming audit results and identify improvement areas
• Communicate grooming stats and successes to station Leads
• Coach frontline employees on grooming SOP adherence
• Support development and launch of new grooming processes
Requirements:
• Post-secondary diploma or degree in relevant field
• 3+ years of operational or process development experience
• Capability to obtain Restricted Area Identity Card (RAIC)
• Strong coaching and motivational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
