Position: Senior Advisor for Strategic Planning
Elevate the Condominium Authority of Ontario’s mission as a Senior Strategic Advisor. In a hybrid role, you will provide governance and operational support, driving effective planning and reporting.

This key position reports directly to the CEO & Registrar and is critical in developing organizational reports such as the Annual Report and the Operational Plan. You will partner with the Executive Leadership Team to enhance corporate priorities and guide strategic planning initiatives. Your expertise in performance measurement and risk management will ensure efficiency and transparency throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop key organizational operational and legislative reports

• Support effective KPI development and risk management strategies

• Lead the corporate strategic planning process and facilitate ELT sessions

• Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO, managing priorities effectively

• Provide backup support for Board governance functions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field

• 7–10 years in a senior administrative or strategy role

• Strong understanding of corporate governance principles

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting tools

• Certification in project management is an asset
