• Own business development lifecycle: outreach, proposals, and closings

• Monitor pipeline metrics to ensure consistent improvement

• Develop and coach the Business Development team for optimal performance

Requirements:

• 8-12 years in sales or business development roles

• 3-6 years of experience leading teams effectively

• Background in consultative selling to senior decision-makers

• Strong analytical and strategic market insight abilities
