The successful candidate will integrate within Fasken’s Marketing & Business Development team, focusing on elevating client satisfaction and retention through hands-on management of strategic accounts. This position requires a blend of strategic insight and analytical capabilities to identify growth opportunities while coordinating communications among internal business units. A focus on enhancing the Strategic Account Management program is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement client engagement strategies
• Connect client insights with internal departments for value delivery
• Analyze data to spot trends and growth risks
• Facilitate sales initiatives across various business areas
• Propose enhancements to the SAM program
Requirements:
• 6–10 years of relevant experience
• Proven client management and leadership skills
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and analytics tools
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
