Canada Business Consulting is hiring an Operations & File Management Manager to support a new business support stream for immigration professionals.
This is a manager‑level hybrid role combining:
- file and order management
- partner onboarding and training coordination
- office, event, and travel management
The role includes managing client files from intake to completion, coordinating with lawyers and immigration professionals, delivering training sessions and webinars, maintaining CRM accuracy, supervising assistants/web support staff, and ensuring timely execution across internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- Strong computer and CRM/system skills
- Highly organized, polished, and process‑driven
- In‑office in North York (no remote)
- Valid passport and conference‑based travel availability
Immigration experience is an asset, but not required.
