In this pivotal role, you will manage Seller relationships and execute strategic joint business plans. This includes analyzing business metrics, developing long-term account strategies, and acting as a trusted advisor while collaborating with Sellers. Your expertise in client management and operational agility will be key to succeeding in this fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and enhance business metrics for growth
• Develop long-term account plans for assigned Sellers
• Present tailored solutions and value propositions
• Build strong relationships with Sellers and provide support
• Educate Sellers on tools and programs for incremental growth
Requirements:
• 4+ years in account management or customer success
• Strong planning and project management skills
• Experience in data analysis and reporting
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
