Strategic Senior Advisor, Public-Private Partnerships

This senior role demands strategic thinking and excellent relationship skills to design and manage impactful public-private partnerships across sub-Saharan Africa, East Africa, and Latin America. You will work alongside corporate executives, bilateral donors, and multilateral organizations to promote sustainable development outcomes. Your expertise in international development is crucial to successfully mobilize resources and lead cross-functional teams toward transformative results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify promising partnership opportunities that align with corporate ESG priorities

• Develop and manage a forward-looking PPP pipeline from design to implementation

• Build and deepen relationships with key corporate partners in various sectors

• Lead high-level engagement efforts with C-suite executives and corporate investors

• Negotiate partnership agreements and frameworks to secure funding

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in a related field, with 10–15 years of relevant experience

• Proven track record in resource mobilization and partnership management

• Strong understanding of PPP models and blended finance

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Experience in international contexts, especially in Africa or Latin America
