Position: Hybrid Sales T&E Analyst Role Fidelity
Join Fidelity as a Sales T&E Analyst, where you will manage travel and entertainment expenses in a hybrid work environment. Located in Toronto, this full-time position is set to move to Mississauga in late 2026.

In this critical role, you will report to the Manager of Sales—T&E, gathering data for expenses from Wholesalers and Sales Associates. Your mission includes entering this information into Concur and Salesforce accurately while fostering effective relationships with various teams. Strong writing and analytical skills are required to deliver valuable reports to support Sales management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Compile and submit monthly T&E expense reports

• Build strong relationships with Sales teams and departments

• Create monitoring and trending reports for management

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience required

• Experience in administrative roles, preferably in sales

• Knowledge of financial services and Salesforce required

• Excellent organizational skills and detail orientation

• Independent work capability in a fast-paced environment
