This full-time role demands a detail-oriented Compensation Administrator to oversee the administration of compensation for producers and management. Your primary responsibility will be to provide efficient customer service through our dedicated line, while managing compensation adjustments and responding to inquiries. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide support through 1-800 customer service line
• Administer compensation accurately for all distribution channels
• Maintain producer compensation information in systems
• Process adjustments, garnishments, and court orders
• Resolve compensation issues via phone and email efficiently
Requirements:
• Post Secondary education or equivalent experience
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to multitask under pressure
• Knowledge of compensation practices in Canada and the US
• Bilingual (French) skills an asset
