Controls Associate

Responsibilities

• Execute control design, testing, and governance activities.
• Partner with stakeholders (trade floor, IB/CB, support teams) to validate controls and identify gaps.
• Support documentation, testing scripts, and remediation efforts.
• Analyze risks, identify control gaps, and drive remediation.
• Support audits, compliance reviews, and regulatory initiatives.

• Strong experience in controls (design, testing, execution, remediation).
• Experience in operational risk, audit, or compliance.
• Banking experience required;
  Capital Markets preferred.
• Strong communication and ability to influence stakeholders.
• Able to work in fast‑paced environments with minimal oversight.

Contract position based out of Toronto, ON.

The pay range for this position is $85.00 - $105.00/hr.

This is a hybrid position in Toronto, ON.
