This managerial role reports to the Director of Global Engagement and involves working with university leaders to build sustainable international partnerships. You will conduct partnership evaluations, manage high-level delegations, and foster York's presence in international networks. Ideal candidates will need to show strong service orientation, interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle confidential information and sensitive situations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage strategic partnerships aligned with York's goals
• Lead logistics for international delegations and engagements
• Review and analyze partnership effectiveness and alignment
• Communicate with diverse internal and external partners effectively
• Research international higher education trends and opportunities
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree related to international relations or equivalent
• Minimum five years of experience in a similar role
• Proven ability to provide high-level administrative support
• Familiar with protocol and event management
• Strong global perspective and interpersonal skills
