Key Responsibilities:

• Organize logistics for strategic meetings and capture action items

• Track and manage commitments and timelines across initiatives

• Support alignment across teams to facilitate decision-making

• Update and maintain accuracy of operational data

• Create clear dashboards and presentations for stakeholder insight

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, or similar

• 1-3 years in project support or operations

• Advanced Excel capabilities and interest in analytics

• Excellent communication skills for executive materials

• Familiarity with project management tools is preferred
