Project Manager for Workplace Research Grant

In this full-time role, you will manage multiple research projects focusing on workplace injury prevention and recovery. Collaborating with various partners, you will ensure effective project execution and risk management. Your organizational skills will be essential to navigate the complexities of healthcare research and drive impactful change in Ontario and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the overall WSOF research grant implementation
• Organise project meetings and create comprehensive reports
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders
• Identify project risks and propose actionable solutions
• Assist in grant preparation and funding opportunities
Requirements:
• Relevant undergraduate degree with three years of research program support
• Project Management training or certification preferred
• Strong organizational and time-management capabilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience mentoring team members without direct reporting
