This full-time position focuses on optimizing clinic efficiency and enhancing the patient experience across our locations. You will facilitate staff training, oversee scheduling, and manage inventory to ensure smooth operations. Embrace a supportive work culture aiming for health and wellness excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute daily operations and ensure workflow adherence

• Train and manage a small clinic staff effectively

• Monitor sales performance and implement coaching strategies

• Handle inventory checks and product management

• Address patient concerns directly to maintain satisfaction

Requirements:

• 2 to 4 years in optical or clinical environments

• Leadership experience is an asset

• Knowledge of optical dispensing and supplies management

• Excellent communication and service-oriented skills

• Familiarity with scheduling software, Jane App is beneficial
