Lead Salesforce CRM initiatives in the Public Sector as a Senior Business Analyst. With a focus on funding management, you’ll analyze business requirements and enhance solutions across multiple projects.
In this role, you'll bring at least 5 years of experience with Salesforce Grantmaking and Agile SCRUM. Your key tasks involve collaborating with stakeholders for comprehensive user story creation and conducting user acceptance testing. Your expertise in Microsoft Azure Dev Ops will be crucial for business requirements analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze ongoing business requirements for the Funding Management System
• Act as the contact point for SMEs and vendors
• Refine user stories throughout Agile sprints
• Facilitate user acceptance testing and sprint reviews
• Collaborate on the CRM roadmap with business stakeholders
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent
• 5+ years delivering Salesforce CRM solutions
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proven experience with Agile and SDLC methodologies
• Experience in public sector funding management processes
Utilize your Salesforce and analyst skills to optimize solutions in the Public Sector while driving impactful enhancements.
