Lead Product Manager

Position: Lead Product Manager - Payments Experience
Transform payment solutions as a Lead Product Manager at Element Fleet Management in Toronto. Drive product delivery, enhance customer experiences, and optimize platforms while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

In this role, you will manage the execution of payment product roadmaps and enhancements. Your focus will be on translating product strategy into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized backlogs. You will also lead product discovery and post-launch optimization initiatives to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own daily management of payments product roadmaps

• Collaborate with teams on solution design and testing

• Lead customer experience and UI/UX initiatives

• Identify and implement process improvements

• Present roadmap updates and risks to leadership

Requirements:

• 5–7 years in product management, preferably in payments

• Proven experience with digital product delivery

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies

• Experience in regulated environments

• Strong communication and collaboration skills
