In this pivotal role within the Canada Strategy & Transformation team, you will partner with executives to drive large-scale change and support enterprise-level decision-making. Your 5-8 years of experience will help you frame business problems, develop insight-led recommendations, and effectively influence stakeholders. You'll have immediate opportunities to impact growth and customer experience initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Frame complex business problems for strategic decision-making
• Drive strategic plans and develop executive materials
• Own work streams, track progress, and implement improvements
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align decisions
• Coach junior members and maintain high quality deliverables
Requirements:
• 5–8 years in strategy or management consulting
• Undergraduate degree; MBA preferred
• Financial services experience preferred
• Proficient in MS Office, financial modeling, SQL
• Bilingualism in English and French is a strong asset
