With a contract period of 18 months, this position involves detailed compensation analytics and end-to-end employee matching. You will contribute to key deliverables by utilizing your expertise in market trends and analytics to provide actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive market intelligence research
• Prepare and validate detailed compensation models
• Support compensation recommendations with data insights
• Monitor external market trends for analysis
• Aid advisors with specialized business-related research
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field
• Minimum 3 years of Compensation experience
• Progress toward CCP designation is a plus
• Strong analyticals skills with data interpretation
• Proficiency in Excel and attention to detail
