Position: Corporate Performance Advisor at AGCO
Drive strategic performance initiatives at the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario as a Senior Advisor. This role focuses on developing frameworks and methodologies to enhance organizational outcomes while fostering collaboration across the agency.

As part of the Corporate Affairs Division, the Senior Advisor, Corporate Performance and Prioritization, will lead the development of performance measurement strategies. You will utilize strong analytical skills, conduct economic research, and establish KPIs aligned with corporate goals. Your expertise will empower stakeholders through actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design a comprehensive performance strategy for agency priorities

• Implement organization-wide performance measurement frameworks

• Collaborate with leaders to establish meaningful performance indicators

• Integrate measurement processes with core business functions

• Analyze data to assess program effectiveness for improvement

Requirements:

• University degree in Statistics, Business, or relevant field

• 5+ years in performance measurement and data analytics

• Experience in implementing evaluation strategies

• Knowledge of Lean or Agile methodologies

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
