Director of Strategy at Cromark

Cromark International seeks a Director of Strategy & Execution to transform strategic initiatives into action within the retail automotive leasing sector. This director-level role involves cross-functional collaboration and delivering measurable business outcomes.

As a strategic leader, you will report directly to the President and be responsible for implementing high-impact initiatives across the organization. Your expertise in strategic planning will help translate corporate objectives into operational success, facilitating alignment with diverse teams such as Finance, IT, and Marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with executives to translate strategy into actionable initiatives

• Develop multi-year roadmaps and business cases for growth

• Ensure alignment with organizational goals and customer priorities

• Lead end-to-end execution of strategic projects

Requirements:

• 5+ years in strategy, program management, or operations

• Automotive or financial services background preferred
