Manager, Investigator Site Budgets & Contract

What You Will Do:You will oversee contract management work streams, ensuring deliverables meet quality and timeline expectations.
- Managing the end-to-end contracts process, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Collaborating closely with internal departments, including legal, finance, and project management, to ensure alignment on contract terms and conditions.
- Providing guidance and support to project teams on contract-related matters, including interpretation of contract terms and resolution of disputes.
- Monitoring contract performance and compliance throughout the project lifecycle, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of contract activities, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
You will have solid contract management experience, with the ability to manage competing priorities and develop your team.
Required Qualifications andExperience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, communications, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in contracts management, preferably within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or clinical research industry.
- Strong knowledge of contract law, legal principles, and regulatory requirements relevant to clinical trials.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of managing multiple contracts and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel as required (approximately 10%) and 2 days onsite in Toronto.
