Key Responsibilities:
• Gather and analyze business requirements for FMS
• Collaborate with Salesforce implementation vendor throughout projects
• Create detailed user stories and business documentation
• Assist in Sprint Reviews and Agile ceremonies
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with test case creation
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years as a Business Analyst with Salesforce CRM
• 5+ years working in Agile Scrum environments
• Strong skills in Azure Dev Ops for backlog management
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
