Strategic Revenue Director

Position: Strategic Revenue Director at VeriFast
Lead revenue growth as the Director of Revenue Strategy & Operations at Veri Fast in Liberty Village, Toronto. Leverage data analysis and strategic insights to drive impactful business decisions.

As a strategic partner to executive leadership, you will tackle complex business challenges through data-driven insights and operational excellence.

Your role is pivotal in collaborating with sales, identifying growth opportunities, and optimizing the revenue pipeline. We seek a candidate with a strong analytical background, management consulting experience, and exceptional problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze revenue and sales performance data to identify trends

• Partner with Sales Leadership to discern high-value accounts

• Provide actionable recommendations for sales effectiveness

• Develop reporting, dashboards, and KPIs for decision-making

• Monitor pipeline health and suggest operational improvements

Requirements:

• 7+ years in Revenue Operations or related analytical roles

• Previous consulting experience preferred

• Advanced skills with CRM platforms, especially Hub Spot

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
