Business Management Analyst

Drive operational excellence as a Business Management Analyst III with TD in Toronto, Ontario. This role focuses on strategic financial management and operational risk management.

As part of the Business Operations Management team, you'll partner with Platform & Technology teams to deliver expert business management advice. With 3-5 years of experience, your role includes leading policy implementations, providing data-driven insights, and developing complex reporting for senior management. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential for effective stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and address business management issues and opportunities

• Lead implementation of policies across various functions

• Develop and analyze complex reporting for decision-making

• Create presentations tailored for management audiences

• Contribute to internal process improvements and risk management initiatives

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of relevant business analysis experience

• Proficiency in data management and reporting tools

• Strong communication skills with stakeholders

• Expertise in MS Office, especially PPT and Excel
