Key Responsibilities:

• Manage hotel inventory, contracts, and commercial terms

• Ensure compliance and alignment with company standards

• Analyze sales performance and forecast trends

• Communicate product changes to stakeholders

• Support product training and FAM trips

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in travel and tourism

• Degree in Travel and Tourism preferred

• Advanced Excel skills

• Knowledge of TICO regulations

• Willingness to travel as required
