Position: Hybrid Business Process Champion Role
Elevate business outcomes as a hybrid Business Process Champion with extensive Service Now experience. This role combines process mapping and stakeholder collaboration to solve real business challenges.

In this impactful position, you will leverage 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Process Consultant. You'll lead workshops, translate business needs into actionable specifications, and advocate for platform features that enhance business processes. Ensuring user adoption and effective testing of solutions will be key in fostering success metrics and driving value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead workshops to map and design efficient workflows

• Translate business requests into detailed functional specifications

• Advocate platform features and reduce customization efforts

• Direct business acceptance testing to meet acceptance criteria

• Provide training to business staff as a super-user

Requirements:

• 3-5 years in Business Analysis, Process Consulting, or Project Management

• 3+ years with the Service Now platform

• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies

• Proficient in ITIL v4 frameworks

• Relevant certifications such as CSA and BPA preferred
