Drive channel partnerships with Clio as a Senior Channel Sales Operations Specialist in a hybrid role. Focus on operational excellence to enhance partner relationships and streamline processes.
This position reports to the Manager of Sales Operations. You will utilize your expertise in channel program economics and indirect revenue models to transform operational efficiencies. Collaborate across teams to support the growth of our partners in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own Clio's global partner operational framework
• Build reporting for channel program performance
• Support partner forecasting and pipeline tracking
• Manage partner tools and documentation
• Facilitate collaboration across sales, marketing, and finance
Requirements:
• 4+ years in Channel/Partner Operations
• Familiarity with channel deal mechanics
• Proficiency in Salesforce and operational tools
• Experience with BI tools
• Excellent organizational skills and detail orientation
