As a key player in the Toronto office, this role reports to the Client Relationship Partner and focuses on collecting and analyzing client insights. You will work closely with various teams to promote cross-marketing efforts and support strategic client management initiatives. The position demands strong analytical skills to transform data into actionable insights that drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support client relationship initiatives with actionable strategies
• Analyze data from systems like 3E and CapitalIQ
• Collaborate with lawyers to enhance business development efforts
• Capture and synthesize client feedback for insights
• Conduct market research on existing and prospective clients
Requirements:
• Minimum 3+ years in client relations or business development
• Strong analytical skills with data platforms
• Experience in managing client feedback processes
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant professional experience
• Proficient in Excel and basic data visualization tools
Utilize your expertise to strengthen client relationships and support Cassels in Toronto's business objectives.
