Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in Credit, Corporate, and Institutional Lending environments. The ideal candidate will possess deep business domain knowledge, exceptional stakeholder management capabilities, and the ability to translate complex business needs into actionable solutions that drive operational efficiency and business value.
This role will partner closely with business and technology teams to analyze processes, facilitate workshops, define requirements, and support transformation initiatives within lending operations.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand strategic objectives, operational challenges, and business requirements.
- Lead requirements gathering sessions, workshops, and stakeholder discussions.
- Analyze and document current-state and future-state business processes.
- Evaluate and improve complex lending workflows and operational processes.
- Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, customer experience, and business outcomes through technology-enabled solutions.
- Develop business requirements, process maps, user stories, and functional specifications.
- Facilitate decision-making sessions and drive consensus among stakeholders.
- Support change management activities, stakeholder communications, and adoption initiatives.
- Work closely with technology teams to ensure business requirements are accurately translated into solution designs.
- Assist with testing, validation, and implementation activities as required.

- Credit Operations
- Corporate Lending
- Institutional Lending
- Deep understanding of lending business processes, operations, and industry practices.
- Proven experience in business analysis, requirements elicitation, and process improvement.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
- Experience managing business and technology stakeholder relationships.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to connect business objectives with technology solutions and innovation opportunities.
- Experience working within banking or financial services organizations.
- Exposure to lending transformation, process modernization, or digital initiatives.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies.
- Experience supporting organizational change and business transformation programs.
