You need at least 8 years of experience in operational risk or governance and a strong grasp of internal controls. Your mission involves collaborating with business leaders, assessing control environments, and driving strategic recommendations for process optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments of existing governance processes

• Complete technology intake reviews and risk assessments

• Develop executive-level reporting and presentations

• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and working sessions

• Identify risks and mitigation strategies throughout transformations

Requirements:

• 8+ years in governance, operational risk, or audit

• Knowledge of COSO and operational risk frameworks

• Strong communication skills for executive presentations

• Experience with controls automation and process improvement

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
