Key Responsibilities:
• Support implementation of BCM and Operational Resilience strategies
• Conduct BCM assessments and coordinate third-party evaluations
• Provide coaching to BCM advisors and engage operational stakeholders
• Organize advisory sessions for collaboration and information sharing
• Track operational metrics and prepare performance dashboards
Requirements:
• 7-10 years in Operational Risk or Business Continuity Management
• Proven documentation management and compliance skills
• Strong analytical ability to assess governance processes
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
