The financial services client is looking for a Business Analyst V with 35 years of experience. Your primary responsibility will be gathering and documenting requirements related to business continuity initiatives. You’ll work closely with Product Owners in an Agile environment, offering potential for growth toward a Product Owner role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define and refine business requirements with stakeholders
• Create structured user stories and acceptance criteria
• Assist in backlog grooming and sprint planning
• Conduct gap analyses for regulatory changes
• Document deliverables and prepare status updates
• Support user interactions and troubleshoot issues
• Validate functionality with QA teams
Requirements:
• 35 years of experience in relevant role
• Expertise in documentation within operational resilience
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and large data sets
• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Leadership exposure with Agile methodologies
