You will directly influence travel partnership strategies, working closely with the AC Loyalty leadership team. This position requires collaboration with various teams, including Partnership Marketing and Digital Products, to optimize loyalty program features and enhance partner relationships. Your insights will shape the profitability and engagement strategies supporting Air Canada's growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and implement travel partnership benefits
• Conduct analysis to improve partnership value propositions
• Participate in profitability analyses for partnerships
• Develop predictive models for loyalty initiatives
• Conduct market and performance trend research
Requirements:
• Degree in business, marketing, finance, or related field
• Three years of experience in airline or loyalty sectors
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Experience managing cross-functional projects
• Bilingualism in French and English preferred
