Exciting opportunity as a Data Analyst focused on our client’s Water Portfolio in Markham, Ontario. This role demands analytical skills and offers a chance to drive insights and decision-making.
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst for a 3-month contract position, working four days on-site in Markham. Ideal candidates will analyze performance across rental water heaters and purification solutions while facilitating data-driven decisions. Experience in durable goods or recurring revenue models enhances success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze product performance metrics like customer acquisition and profitability
• Leverage dashboards to monitor trends and highlight improvement opportunities
• Conduct market analysis for strategic planning and roadmap support
• Assist product continuity with unit addition and attrition analysis
• Help develop business cases for new initiatives and enhancements
Requirements:
• 2+ years in product or business analysis
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools
• Strong understanding of financial concepts and P&L support
• Excellent communication and collaboration capabilities
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields
