Join Salesforce as the Manager of Quota and Capacity Planning to support regional Sales teams. Drive innovative strategies in quota allocation and optimization across our Specialists business.
This key role will immerse you in quota maintenance and the annual planning cycle, where your experience will support the Specialists group. You will forge relationships with Sales Leaders and cross-functional teams, gaining insights into GTM changes that influence quota structures.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the Quota Business Partner for Specialists group
• Lead content preparation for executive planning reviews
• Develop data reporting projects to drive insights
• Advise on GTM impacts and comp plan changes
• Optimize existing processes and models
Requirements:
• 6+ years in Sales Operations or related fields
• B.S. in a quantitative discipline required
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Proficient in Excel and Google Suite tools
