The Role

Tangerine is looking for a motivated and strategically‑minded Senior Digital Product Manager - Digital Product & Experience to drive the Digital Onboarding Funnel Conversion.

Reporting to the Director, Digital Product & Experience, you will be responsible for defining, managing and optimizing key areas of Digital Onboarding Funnel conversion and play a pivotal role in enhancing the overall customer experience. You will work with and inspire agile teams, and work in close collaboration with cross‑functional stakeholders to deliver high quality and impactful product enhancement, user‑centric solutions, and seamless customer interactions.

Responsibilities
  • Develop the vision and roadmap for owned areas, and create/maintain a detailed product backlog; end‑to‑end ownership of optimization across the onboarding journey.
  • Apply incremental delivery principles, drive the delivery of business value, communicate progress, elicit feedback and enable stakeholder reviews for validation in the process.
  • Play a leadership role with the delivery team to ensure that high quality and creative solutions are implemented for challenging problems.
  • Facilitate creative problem solving on a day‑to‑day basis no matter the circumstances, working closely with development on implementation challenges, turning ambiguity into clarity in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Engage and partner with key stakeholders to support common understanding and vision across the organization.
  • Communicate with the business stakeholders and take responsibility for building “the right thing”.
  • Use OKR and digital product metrics to identify data‑driven optimization across the funnel.
  • Lead cross‑functional teams to conceptualize, define and implement new features.
  • Author, refine and approve backlog items, with clearly articulated business objectives.
  • Prioritize features to best achieve business goals, ensuring sufficient depth of groomed items for development consumption and commitment.
  • Ensure business objectives are clearly defined and the team understands the scope and expectation of work.
Skills
  • University or College degree.
  • 7+ years related experience in digital product management or technical solution delivery.
  • 3+ years experience with mobile platforms.
  • 3+ years working in an agile scrum team in a Product Owner capacity.
  • Design or BA experience is an asset.
  • Working knowledge of software/ mobile application development is an asset.
  • An Agile “mindset” and the flexibility to adapt to new and evolving environments.
  • Excellent delivery skills, with proven accomplishments leading cross‑functional projects.
  • Data‑driven approach to problem solving to resolve complex issues and drive actionable outcomes.
  • Deep passion for first‑class customer experiences, innovation and delivering software.
  • A positive attitude, thirst for knowledge, team oriented, pragmatic, willing to fail.
  • Enthusiastic, thorough, inclusive and results‑oriented; ability and desire to help others thrive in a dynamic team‑oriented environment.
