Bel Foods seeks a Category Manager to manage business insights and category strategies for its well-known products like The Laughing Cow® and Babybel®. This role focuses on analyzing data to support sales and optimize in-store presence through effective planograms and promotions. Collaboration with Key Account Managers is crucial to align commercial strategies and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all category management activities for assigned accounts

• Interpret business data and create fact-based sales recommendations

• Conduct planogram analyses to improve in-store visibility

• Analyze and optimize promotional strategies for efficiency and ROI

• Monitor business objectives progress and suggest necessary actions

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years in category management in CPG industry

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Marketing

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills

• Proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms

• Fluent in English and French, written and spoken
