Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze warranty and ECP expenditures by dealer

• Perform warranty claim debits when necessary

• Provide ongoing training on Claims Processing System

• Conduct virtual and onsite warranty assessments

• Collaborate with internal departments on warranty issues

Requirements:

• College diploma or university degree in related field

• Minimum 5 years experience in warranty or related function

• Strong customer service and analytical skills

• Bilingual in French an asset

• Valid G Driver's License and travel flexibility
