Under the guidance of the Senior Proposal Manager, you will manage day-to-day operations in bid sourcing and proposal administration. Key Responsibilities:

• Direct daily operations of the proposal support team

• Lead onboarding and performance management initiatives

• Oversee bid sourcing and RFx opportunity tracking

• Ensure data integrity for bid/no-bid processes

• Drive improvements in content structure and usability

Requirements:

• 4–6+ years in proposal operations or similar

• Experience mentoring teams in proposal environments

• Strong understanding of proposal lifecycle processes

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and bid portals

• APMP certification preferred
