Advisory Intern

As an Application Advisor Intern, you'll support the Sales organization by helping prepare technical demonstrations, presentations, and solution materials that showcase the value of Dayforce. You'll collaborate with Solution Advisors, Product, and will collaborate with other interns to develop and improve current internal process while building expertise in Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions.

  Monday to Friday 11:30 AM – 8:30 PM

• Support the Sales team by preparing client demonstrations, presentations, RFI/RFP responses, and solution materials.
• Collaborate with Solution Advisors and subject matter experts to develop tailored demonstrations and respond to customer inquiries.
• Build expertise in Dayforce HCM solutions and assist in analyzing customer business requirements.
• Partner with Product, Implementation, and Sales teams to communicate customer needs and support successful sales cycles.
• Contribute to process improvements and help incorporate new product capabilities into demo environments and sales assets.

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree ( minimum Year 2 completed ) and available for a full-time, 3-month internship beginning October 2026.
• Strong communication skills in English, with excellent presentation, analytical, critical thinking, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Curious, detail-oriented, and able to conduct research, manage priorities effectively, and work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Foundational knowledge of SQL and Power BI.
• Strong business acumen and a proactive approach to learning and continuous improvement.

• Previous client-facing or customer support experience.
• Proficiency in French or another language.
• Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot).
• Exposure to Power BI, automation tools, or data analytics.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
