We are seeking an experienced Operations Transformation Manager for our PMO. You will oversee transformation initiatives and maintain financial tracking models while managing KPIs alongside Finance and Business Unit stakeholders.
Your role ensures effective governance and risk management across several high-impact programs, driving operational efficiency and quality metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own executive reporting for transformation initiatives
• Build benefits realization frameworks across all initiatives
• Partner with Finance to define and track KPIs
• Maintain an integrated portfolio view and identify risks
• Manage governance, funding allocations, and documentation
Requirements:
• 8+ years in program management or PMO leadership
• Proven multi-initiative portfolio management experience
• Expertise in executive reporting and program cadence
• Strong communication skills for senior leadership
• Experience in regulated industries like financial services
