Student Full Time. Range: $18.50 - $28.50. This role supports strategic initiatives, research and analysis, product innovation, and marketing or operational planning in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Reporting to the Director, Digital Sports Strategy & Innovation, you will have the opportunity to contribute to data-driven insights and strategic recommendations, design analytical or research solutions, create engaging presentations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive impactful outcomes.
Responsibilities- Analyze internal and external data to generate insights and strategic recommendations.
- Design and implement innovative analytical or research solutions.
- Create engaging presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support the development and optimization of business strategies, campaigns, or operational initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems and deliver meaningful outcomes.
- Learn and grow within a supportive team while contributing to meaningful projects.
Education & Experience: Currently pursuing an MBA or Undergraduate Degree in Finance, Analytics, Business or related field is preferred. Understanding of financial and statistical modeling. Familiarity with marketing, product, or strategy principles in a digital, retail or consumer-facing environment. Ability to extract insights from data and communicate them effectively to stakeholders. Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to collaborate with and influence senior leadership to act on strategic insights.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Familiarity with Alteryx is a plus. Motivated self-starter with a passion for problem solving, comfortable navigating ambiguity, and able to thrive in a collaborative, agile, and fast-paced environment.
