In this role, you will engage with clients to translate performance metrics into actionable roadmaps. You will lead impactful strategy discussions, leveraging your high AI literacy to implement solutions that deliver measurable outcomes. Your commitment to client success will be paramount as you assist them in developing new mindsets and behaviors that align with their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Align with client executives to develop strategies

• Present data-driven insights with clear business value

• Build actionable solutions using AI technologies

• Coach clients on habit formation via the Impro app

• Accountable for achieving quantified results

Requirements:

• 3+ years in consulting, banking, or customer success

• Proven experience with AI application

• Must work at least three days in Toronto office
