As a National Category Head, you will oversee the category's P&L, guiding strategies to boost market share and profitability across platforms like Costco and Home Depot. Your responsibilities include analyzing market trends, developing performance metrics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own category P&L and set sales goals

• Analyze category performance metrics for informed decisions

• Develop KPIs to manage product effectiveness

• Lead business planning and revenue forecasting efforts

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field

• 6+ years in category management or a similar role

• Proven experience in eCommerce channels in North America

• Strong vendor management and negotiation skills

• Proficient in data analysis tools like Tableau
