As a Payroll Analyst, you will assess the UKG Payroll setup, work closely with stakeholders, and create documentation for pay codes. This role involves performing complex calculations to meet legislative and internal policies, while collaborating with a dedicated payroll team to enhance system efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess current UKG Payroll setup for multiple entities

• Recommend automation and system enhancements

• Test and document code setups for accuracy

• Audit third-party year-end payroll filings

• Document recommendations for improvements

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in HR or payroll

• 5+ years of progressive payroll experience

• Strong MS Office and Excel skills

• Excellent technical and communication abilities
